Allison has always felt most at home outside. Early on, she learned how gardens grow and change with the seasons. Sharing that knowledge with others led her to earn a degree in Landscape Horticulture from Michigan State University and a career spanning more than 30 years in the industry.
Her love of people and plants brought her to Southwest Michigan, where she shared that passion as a horticulture educator and administrator at the Leila Arboretum Society. There she trained Master Gardeners, built educational programs, and implemented beautification projects in the community.
This experience ensures that her team is well-trained, knowledgeable, and committed to industry-leading standards while being connected to our community.
Allison’s choices are more than just a thought. Every plan considers Michigan’s seasons, site conditions, the right plant in the right place, and continued maintenance.
